Okay, I'll admit that's a pretty bold claim. I needed to do that so you don't just skim over this routine that I've developed over 20 years. I have been a physical therapist for 25 years. Along the way I have taught yoga and coached kettlebells. I wanted to create a program that effectively addresses many of the preventable issues I see in my clinic. Shoulder pain, hip dysfunction, spinal problems, knee stiffness, elbow and wrist pain, this comprehensive daily sequence targets everything.
No wasted reps. I have borrowed what I think are the most impactful moves from yoga, physical therapy, primal moves, and calisthenics that EVERYBODY CAN LEARN TO DO. To me, that's the key. This is a realistic program that everyone can and must do.
