College Swim Meet Proposal (Pfeiffer University)

I proposed to my girlfriend of 3 years at her conference swim meet. We both swam for Pfeiffer University for 4 years and this was her final conference championship swim meet which was held at the Mecklenburg County Aquatics Center (MCAC pool) in downtown Charlotte, NC.

Valentines Day was just 2 days before the proposal and I couldn't make it down there that night. So when I finally made it there on Saturday, she had it running through her head that this was a late Valentines Day "gift" from me. Until I walked out to meet her in the middle of the pool, she had no clue what was going on.

Thank you to all my friends that made this night so perfect! And thanks again to the Pfeiffer University Swim Team for all of your help! I will be forever thankful.
