The plaintiff says she and the defendant were friends, but he started sending her naked pictures of himself because he wanted to date her, but she rejected him. She’s suing him for breach of contract. The defendant admits he wanted to date the plaintiff, but he says she got jealous and violent when he found a new girlfriend.
