Bachmann Vulcan class 37 reason for derailing and fix.

In all my years of modelling from the early 1970's with my dad to now I have never seen anything like this. Is it industrial sabotage or a breakdown in communication ?. You will see why this loco kept coming off the track on a layout that is full of provenance. Colletts models have been superb with great communication and customer service. It always helps having good video evidence rather than just grunting down the phone. Happy days we move on.
