2004 ford F8vx-ba repair fuse panel fuel pump relay. R303 part 3

Stall while driving is the symptom, then usually starts right back up after you pull over.

Fuse panel box is open, here is the circuit board and the overheated and melted R303 F8VF-BA relay that ford claims is non-servicable.
