Egan Arley Bernal Gómez is a 23 years old cyclist from Colombia. In 2016 Bernal joined Androni Giocattoli - Sidermec, Gianni Savio's team there his carreer took off with wins in the Tour of Bihor, Le Tour de Savoie Mont Blanc, Sibiu cycling tour and the Tour de l'Avenir. This eventually lead to transfer to team Sky (currently Ineos). In his first year Egan won the Tour of California and helped Geraint Thomas winning the Tour de France. In 2019 Egan Bernal himself was the main man in the Tour de France and he won the 2019 edition, becomming the first Colombian ever to win the Tour de France.
