Mother speaks out after 11-year-old gunned down at NE Harris County apartments

The family of an 11-year-old who was shot and killed at a northeast Harris County apartment Thursday night has identified the victim as Darius Dugas, a student who attended Cobb Sixth Grade Campus. His mother spoke to KPRC 2 and has a message for her son’s killer.
