2.5 Year Calisthenics Transformation | How I built Muscle and lost Fat TWICE!

This is my 2.5-year Calisthenics transformation where I focused on reps and sets for the first half and skills in the second half. I had about 2 years of inconsistent gym experience before this transformation.

I've added some examples of the meals that I ate in my video and if you pause the video you can see some of the sets I've done to get me to this point.
Feel free to take some of these sets and food ideas. Most of these videos are from NYC where I'm from, and from Denmark where I studied for 6 months during Covid-19.
