Slow walk along The Shambles looking at the shops - York, England

In this video I take a walk down the medieval street called The Shambles in York centre, North Yorkshire, England. It is a street of the butchers of York and was mentioned in the Domesday Book of William the Conqueror and takes its name from the word 'Shamel' which means the stalls or benches where the meat was displayed. It was rebuilt in 1400 AD.
