Yamaha Mio 160cc Big Valves Engine Refresh

Hi, in this video, we’ll be doing an Engine refresh on a #YamahaMio Sporty (Amore).

This particular Mio has been upgraded before to a #160cc displacement with a big valve SPECV 30/25 cylinder head and MTRT #59mm block

Parts replaced:
- Camshaft from 6.5 J20 JVT to 7.0 MTRT CNC
- Base gasket replaced with original Yamaha green
- Rocker Arm #MTRT, need sanding to fit
- Piston & Piston Ring MTRT, because we have spare
- Intake & Exhaust Valves #SPECV to #4S1M, because we have spare
- Regular oil for break-in
- Spark plug
- Carb Jetting
