Finding giant Kokanee in the winter can be very challenging. With no current or runoff fish tend to spread throughout the lake. I decided to try the odds and take my @Old Town Canoe Kayak AutoPilot 120 out in search of my first trophy Kokanee of the year. The bite just like the morning temps was cold but heated up as the day went on.
