Crafting Gone Wrong | Path of Exile 2 #shorts

Here's what happened for anyone that might be a bit newer to the game.
- Recombination gave me 11% chance of success for 35% Movement Speed and 90% Energy Shield and it was successful.
- 1st Exalted orb landed energy shield which is good.
- 2nd Exalted landed on +5 Int which is bad
- We used Omen of Dextral Erasure with a chaos orb to reroll the Int, which landed on Freeze Duration.
- We used a Fracturing Orb which locked Freeze Duration in place
- 3rd Exalted orb landed on 10 Stun Threshold which is bad.
- Used the same omen again to remove it. Instead of highlightning the suffix (stun threshold) it highlighted the movement speed which is a prefix. This is a visual bug that needs to be fixed by GGG. Since its simply a visual bug, the action worked and it got changed to 35% Cold Res which is awesome.
- 4th Exalted Orb landed on 15% Lightning Res, which okayish.
- We now used Omen of Whittling which removes the LOWEST level mod, in our case is Lightning Res. Once again though the visual bug was showing the wrong one. But worked just fine. Lightning Res was changed to Rarity.
- Since rarity was a bit low and i was feeling lucky wanted to use Omen of Whittling again to change the LOWEST level one. It highlighted Energy Shield which clearly IS NOT the lowest, thinking its a bug i clicked. It actually removed Energy Shield instead of rarity converting it to 20 Life, which destroyed the boots.
The reason why this happened is because Rarity of Items found mod we previously had is a 'high level requirement mod' so even though it was Tier 2 & energy shield was Tier 7, Rarity was higher level requirement.
There is no way to know this and no indication of it happening apart from the Highlights. If the previous visual bugs were not there, then 100% i would never slam the last one.
