Building a house in Ghana is definitely not easy. In this video i speak to Philip & Leila about their experiances of building a house in Ghana and also building apartments in Ghana. They have started a real estate buisness called Pam V Estates in which they have build 2x apartment blocks and 1x townhouse to rent out. We find out the challenges they face from Buying land in ghana to permits to working with the laborers to racism and sexism in Ghana. I also show you around a 2 bedroom apartment within Pam V estates which is just beautiful! We also discuss moving back from the diaspora to start a new life and business in Accra.
