46 - Renovating the Doghouse roof. Pt 1. I found rot

The winter tarp is up and it's time to start working on the winter projects. First out is renovating the doghouse roof. I knew it was in bad shape, but not this bad.

In this video I start removing the teak, and I find rot. Lots of rotten plywood.

Hopefully, we'll have a mild winter, so I can practice my woodworking skills, and finish the roof in good time before the next season.
