In this short we’re unpacking a vintage pog slammer from the 1990s pog game craze.

This metal slammer features the text "POISON" prominently in the center. On the back it says “Bottle Cap Slammer.”

I believe it’s made of brass. It is a relatively thick and heavy pog hitter. It has a bottle cap shape which is unique and somewhat rare.

It is embossed with the phrase "CHOICE OF A POISONED GENERATION" around the perimeter.

How to play POG:

Each player puts in an even number of milk caps or “pogs,” they are placed in a stack either face up or face down (whatever is agreed upon). Then players take turn throwing a slammer down on the stack in attempt to flip over as many POGS as possible. Whoever flips the most wins.

There are also official World POG Federation tournament rules, as well as many other ways to play the game or play other games with the caps.
