“Crocchi” — Masterful creation by @saltyseattle 🌈 Only downside is the cost — they’re $30/box. If you live in Seattle it’s much less $ because you don’t have to pay shipping, which is $50 😳 BUT if you spend over $80 you get free shipping, so grab a couple friends and go in on a few boxes together.

I will also be attempting to make my own soon, of the non colored variety. Btw the colors Linda used are all natural, so no worries there 🤓

Citrus Brown Butter Sauce:
• brown one stick of butter
• add juice and zest of orange and lemon
• add some salty pasta water + whisk
• serve with more zest + fresh chive
