Quick & Healthy break fast
Mix Veg. Paratha
INGREDIENTS;
wheat flour - 1 cup
Fanugreek leaves -1/4 cup
Cabbage chopped -1/4 cup
Carrot chopped -1/4 cup
Boiled corn - 2tbs
Chilli ginger paste -1 tbs
Curry leaves -3 to 4
Cumin powder -1tbs
Red chilli powder 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbs
Salt to taste
Garam masala -1/2 tbs
Coriender leaves 1tbs
Oil as per need
Finely chopped onion -2 tbs

METHOD;
-Mix flour, salt,fanugreek leaves and 1tbs oil. Make a soft dough and rest for 20 min.
-Now take a non stick pan. Put 2tbspoon oil and heat it.
-Add cumin powder, curry leaves and chilly ginger paste. Saute for a min.
-Now crush the cabbage and carrot toghether. Crush green pease and corn toghther.
-Add the cabbage mixer and peas mixer into and saute for 2 to 3 min.
-Add salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriender leavs.
-mix it well.
-Torn off the gas. Let it be cool.
-now make same size of portion from the dough and roll it all paratha.
-Now take 1 paratha and put the stuffing all over it. Cover the paratha with another paratha. Sill the sides and roll ut gently.
-Rost the paratha with 1/2 tbspoon of oil.
-serve it.
