Oh, the thrill of having airplanes just feet over your head on Maho beach ✈️🏝

You can not visit St. Maarten without enjoying the sights and sounds at Maho Beach. Its known worldwide for the place to go to watch giant airplanes land just fleet above your head or where you can feel the whipping of the airplane as it takes off. You can rent beach chairs here or enjoy one of the many beach sidebars. The beach sidebars have flight schedules listed at them but keep in mind flights can be early so give yourself plenty of time just in case that flight shows up 45 minutes early. (It does often happen here!) We had local beers and burgers all while watching the large jets and airplanes come and go. Maho Beach was a great place for us to get into the Caribbean groove before joining Windstar Cruises 💙
