Kosher Baked Ziti Recipe

This baked ziti pasta dish is unlike any other. When I have family and friends over on Shabbat, this is one of their favorite meals.

This pasta medley includes leeks, garlic, fresh tomatoes, scallions, lemon, mushrooms, and more. And if you like spicy like me, you can add jalapeno.
