"This scene of Gregg and his mother playing a duet at his home in Staten Island didn't make it into the final film. It is a touching yet comic scene and I struggled hard not to cut it in the name of "keeping it moving" and "leave 'em wanting more". But here it is. I hope this video can do that magical thing PS22 Chorus videos do and lift the spirits in these challenging times for New York and New Jersey. Viewing it here in my generator-powered studio where we haven't had internet or electricity for over a week it reminds me of what is truly important."
