Fix to Install Gear 360 Action Director and Using it to Stitch Photos

Samsung Gear 360 Cameras are having serious usability problems due to a lack of software support. Even the official Windows PC software, Gear 360 Action Director, is having installation problems, namely with Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2013. This video explains how to solve that and how to use this software to stitch pictures and not just videos.
