I Hosted a Petals & Prosecco Party at Home 🌸🥂 | It Turned Out So Beautiful!

Happy Friday and welcome back to another Living My Weekends vlog!

This weekend was all about getting ready for my Petals & Prosecco house party, and I’m not even going to lie… it was a lot. We started the day out on the deck cleaning everything up, spraying for bugs, wiping down the furniture, and trying to bring the space back to life before everyone came over. All of that was happening while I was on my weekly therapy call, because life doesn’t stop just because you’re hosting 😅

After that, I went back inside to finish editing my vlog and get it exported so it could go live later that night, because I already knew once party prep really started, I wasn’t going to have time for anything else. Then it was time to head out and pick up my bestie so we could grab everything we needed for the party—food, drinks, and decor. We ended up at Costco and let’s just say… I definitely spent more than I planned 😂

And then… the unthinkable happened. I broke my camera. I was so stressed in that moment, but thankfully we were able to figure it out. I do talk more about that (and show the full haul and setup) over in my members section, because it was a whole situation.

Once we got back home, we jumped right into setting up what we could. We put together the welcome area with the gift baskets and wine glasses, set up the food table, and got the drink station started. By the time we finally stopped, it was around 10 PM and I was completely exhausted.

The next morning we were right back at it. I got up early to finish the deck, then we headed out to run a few last-minute errands—stopping by Trader Joe’s for flowers (which was honestly an experience in itself 😅), TJ Maxx, Dollar Tree, and of course grabbing a Starbucks while we waited for everything to open.

When we got back home, I showed you all my outfit options and helped Jalynn pick hers, then it was time to really bring everything together. I finished the gift baskets, set up the flower bar and drink station, and by the time my bestie got there, we were in full setup mode.

Once the girls started arriving, everything came together so beautifully. We started off by making wine glass charms, then everyone grabbed food and we spent time just talking, laughing, and enjoying being together out on the deck. Later, we moved into the flower bouquet activity, which turned out to be such a fun and creative moment—everyone’s bouquets were so pretty in the end. We wrapped the night up playing a few rounds of Blank Slate, and it honestly ended up being such a good time.

After everyone left, Jalynn and I cleaned everything up (which thankfully didn’t take long), and by 7 PM I was showered, in my pajamas, and completely done for the day 😅

Overall, it was such a full weekend, but so worth it. Moments like this always remind me how much I love hosting and spending time with my people 🤍
