Puerto Rico Travel!! - Surfing and Spearfishing (January 2021)

Got a spontaneous invite from a buddy to come crash on his couch in Puerto Rico for a couple weeks and couldn't pass up the opportunity. A week later I was on a flight and heading to PR. I brought my dive gear and rented a surf board on the island. We were staying in Rincón. I spent almost every morning surfing (except for when I split my eye with the surf board) and quite a few afternoons diving. My buddy and I split our eyes 24 hours apart surfing. Pretty bad luck. I shot and ate a wide variety of fish species that I'd never seen before and was blessed with head high swell for a lot of the trip. Hopefully will make it back down to PR soon to get better waves and bigger fish.
