From Holli: "I have used it many times, from getting help if I needed to change delivery time, to recently getting credit for a bag of apples which contained some rotten ones. Although the phone menu says option one is just for seniors, they are happy to help folks with disabilities. They are available to give guidance, but are not able to actually set up an account. That can be done through their website or an app. Once the account is set up, they can even shop and place items in our cart. Personally, after learning the app layout, it became fun and easy to shop by myself!!!"
