BR 50 AMS. Aautomatic multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning machine

We present you our new BR-50 AMS. An automatic multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning machine. The movement is accelerated by 4 times so you can see the full cycle in no time.

The equipment can have different baskets working in parallel so the cycle times are much reduced. It has a total of 7 stages, with different units of BRIO ultrasonic cleaning, mains water rinse, treated water rinse and drying. It can also include our new multi-frequency technology wich allows our equipment to have maximum precission and the best cleaning finishes in no time.

It has loading and unloading area with automated conveyor belts and basket detection system; automatic filling and emptying and other functions. The programme, which runs under @BeckhoffAutomation technology, has been customised for the customer and allows a complete record of the cleaning cycle of each basket.

In conjunction with the installation we have developed a water purification and filtration plant to produce and maintain water of the quality required by the customer. It can be visible to the right of the machine.
