The ANDE South Asia Convening is here again, this time with the exciting theme “Big Ideas for Small Business”.

Population-weighted Asset Under Management (PAUM) in South Asia reflects the region's growing economic potential and its significance for social, economic, and environmental outcomes. Population-weighted AUM can be a critical lever for addressing key challenges like poverty, inequality, and environmental degradation.

This 101 session will provide an overview of what PAUM is and how it factors into a Population-Weighted AUM-based Impact Investment Index. This index addresses the issue with traditional investment indices, which often focus solely on financial performance and neglect the broader implications of investments.
