Does it work?? (Spoiler: yes). Watch me use the BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel palette on my nails to see how I got metallic nails without an nail powder! Side note- I also did a test off-camera with a no-cure gel effect polish and that didn't work, either. I can't speak to the lasting power of this but it's definitely fun and worth a try.
