Rescue Poor Brindle Baby Is All Ripped To Pieces, Thrown in A Ditch & Amazing Transformation

She found in a ditch this morning in Lancaster County SC. Getting them immediate medical care is the most important thing right now. The poor brindle baby is all ripped to pieces & will need immediate reconstructive surgery. Her face was not a face, it was torn to pieces and was severely infected. Her nasal passage was torn apart too. She is currently unable to breathe correctly. Her jaw is shattered & teeth are everywhere & not where they should be. Her actual nose is in pieces.
There is so much damage to her face, nose & jaw that they need to sedate her this afternoon to do a CT scan. This is as bad as the medical team has ever seen. She is young, about 2 & has her entire life ahead of her! She’s severely under weight and super malnourished. She’s heart worm positive and not spayed. She was taken to surgery to have her face cleaned up and started a “wet to dry” bandage.
