Here is a little taste of what class is like at Ailey Extension with instructor Janelle in BellydanceBURN!!
BellydanceBURN LIVE EDITION is our newest expression of Middle Eastern movement paired with our fabulous live musician Ari! Janelle and Ari work together in class teaching traditional rhythms, movement, and community engagement. We warm up and cool down and work through slower movements while Ari plays the Ney (arabic flute) and we move into isolations, technique training, and short simple combinations. This class is all levels and no prior dance experience is necessary. Women and Men welcomed of all ages and abilities.
