This animated video provides an example of how to talk to an employee who has been investigated for bullying and harassment.

It’s a useful tool for health and safety training around bullying and harassment in the workplace. It can be used to educate supervisors and managers in British Columbia on how to approach employees about their behaviour in the workplace and how to address incidents and complaints.
