Hasmukh Mehta is the grumpy head of the family who finds fault in everyone — especially his son Ajit and daughter-in-law. When Ajit chats with a friend, Hasmukh loses his cool and launches into a harsh tirade, tearing down both Ajit and his friend without holding back.

Hasmukh Saab Ki Wasihat is a sharp-witted black comedy that explores the lingering grip of patriarchal control—even from beyond the grave. When powerful businessman Hasmukh Mehta dies, his family anticipates freedom and fortune. Instead, they’re shackled by a bizarre will that allows Hasmukh to micromanage their lives posthumously. As his ghost watches gleefully, the family unravels under his manipulations—until a final twist turns the tables on the puppet master himself.
