Note:
For the Money-Weighted Return calculation (on Excel),
I shouldn't have pro-rated it linearly with the days (as return is not a linear function)!
Instead, the formula used should be:
MWR = (1+55%)^(124/365)-1 = 16.18%, which is closer to SA's 16.44%!
