Homemade Chainsaw Mill

I welded up a homemade chainsaw mill several years ago. With it I can turn logs into lumber.

My friend had one 24' long poplar log with 16" base diameter, one 10' long poplar with 12" diameter, and one 5' long poplar log 14" in diameter. He was happy for me to mill them into boards. I stacked them in my basement with a fan on them to help dry them out. I use Anchorseal 2 to keep the end grain from drying too quickly. I use a Stihl MS391 with a 20" bar. I picked up some additional tools to make the job go smoother:
