Healthy Dark Chocolate Hobnob Biscuits 🍪

HEALTHY CHOCOLATE HOBNOBS 😍🤤🍪🍫

Ingredients
⭐️ 3/4 cup oat flour
⭐️ 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
⭐️ 2 tbsp almond flour
⭐️ 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
⭐️ 1 tbsp nut butter (I used hazelnut)
⭐️ 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup or sweetener of choice)
⭐️ 1 tsp cinnamon
⭐️ 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder or use 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (I would imagine vanilla essence would work too)
⭐️ dark chocolate to melt (70% or above)

Directions
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl
- With your hands make balls (around a meatball size) and then press down and shape into biscuits with your hand. The mixture is quite dry.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
- Melt some chocolate and coat the top of each biscuit.
- Put in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to set and then enjoy!

Notes:
The mixture is quite dry but don’t worry it will form balls and flatten into biscuits the more you squeeze it. Also when you add the chocolate this really helps hold the biscuit together.
