Petare Venezuela was recently the most dangerous city in the world. I decided to get a haircut during my visit there. I found a barber alley were they charge $4 for haircuts. I got a simple haircut and the Venezuelan street barber did a great job. I gave him a big tip for his work and to help him out. Life is tough for the families living in Petare so every little bit counts. Hope you guys enjoy this haircut vlog.
