Odd-Harald Wasenden from Arntzen de Besche law firm talks about the road towards the development of offshore wind in Norway and in particular the importance of a coordinated approach to infrastructure development offshore. Odd-Harald B. Wasenden is partner in Arntzen de Besche lawfirm. He holds a Dr. juris degree from the University of Oslo focusing on electricity market law and market design issues. Odd-Harald has more than 20 years of experience from various legal work within the renewable energy industry. Hereunder he has in recent years worked in-house at Statnett and Nasdaq and has significant expertise related to infrastructure regulation in the electricity industry. He is currently involved in projects related to the development of offshore wind in Norway and the electrification of petroleum installations offshore.
