Ballybough Burial Plot was the location where suicide victims were buried up until the 1800s when laws were reformed, up to the 1800s suicide was considered a crime and the bodies of victims would only be buried here, alone, separately from people who died of other causes at midnight with a stake through the heart as it was a belief at the time they would come back as spirits and cause hauntings, located on Clonliffe and Ballybough Road's, Dublin 3, Dublin, Ireland.
