WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK! Another what I eat in a week since alot has changed. I now live alone and have to depend on myself to grocery shop and cook my meals! Living alone has given me the ability to actually control the foods I eat and focus on what makes me feel good. I like to eat GOOD for sure but try to limit gluten and dairy from my diet as much as I can (as long as its not a hassle). I love these videos and hope you guys do too!
