Swartbooi criticise new Windhoek councillors
Landless People's Movement leader Bernadus Swartbooi says the City of Windhoek, under the mayorship of Job Amupanda, is not radical enough in terms of addressing various challenges facing residents, including making land available for housing.
"The city needs to be shaken up and you people are becoming part of the process not part of the transformation. You people are not radical enough. You are too conformist to the status quo. These things of touching things with gloves is not good," Swartbooi said.
