Antonio Conte - A good player doesn't make a good coach

Here is one of the biggest problems in the coaching world nowadays, as most of the players who played at the highest levels are becoming coach, and they think (the people and clubs directors as well) that they know the game more than anyone and they can coach the big clubs and be successful same as they were as players. But, it is not the case.
Being a coach and being a player are completely two different things.
