BUDIN OF QUEZON PROVINCE | How To Make Budin Cassava Cake

BUDIN is a native delicacy of Quezon Province, most particularly in Tayabas, Quezon. It's actually a Cassava Cake, but the folks of Quezon call it as "Budin." By combining the grated cassava with coconut milk, evaporated milk, sugar, margarine, grated cheese... and baking it for a couple of minutes this makes this kakanin a delicious one.

Ingredients:
1 kg peeled cassava
1 small star margarine, melted
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 large eggs
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
