Protea Magistrate's Court closes due to COVID-19 case

Justice delayed, is justice denied. This was certainly the feeling outside the Protea Magistrate's Court in Soweto this morning. People demonstrated after they were told upon arrival that the court building had been closed due to a positive COVID-19 case. But members of the public say there's a pattern of delays at this court.
