Smoked Spatchcocked Chicken - Smoked On A Yoder YS640 Pellet Grill

Hello y'all, on this cook, I smoked up some spatchcocked chicken on my Yoder YS640 pellet smoker. I'm really loving this new Smokin' Chicken rub from 🏁Victory Lane BBQ!🏁 This rub has very little salt which is good so that you can add salt to your liking. I actually layered a little bit of Garlic Jalapeno Season All from Victory Lane BBQ on this chicken and that really woke up the flavor!🤘
