Plant-Based Tofu Jerky (Vegan)

Tofu Jerky with a great flavour and with that desirable chewiness that is so difficult to find. It is a must-have for camping, bike rides or just as a snack when you have that savoury craving.

Being plant-based, I often buy soya milk and tofu from shops, but making it yourself is easy, much cheaper, tastes better and is free from additives. This is the fourth video in the series about soya milk and tofu. The previous three videos in the series can be found here:
