Frances 'Baby' Gumm

PLEASE PLEASE READ! A series of pictures and clips of Baby Gumm, the little girl who would grow up to become Judy Garland.

I have already made several Baby Gumm videos, but this one is definitely the best. I have included lots of rare Baby Gumm photos!

The music is 'Zing went the strings of my heart' which Judy sung on the 16th November, 1935 (16/11/'35,) which was the day before her Dad died. She sang this song for him, as she knew he was listening to the radio in hospital. He died before she got to see him again. When she sings this song here, she is 13 years old.

The second last photo is around the time Frances Gumm changed her name to Judy Garland. It was taken on the 27th of Setember, 1935 and she is signing up with MGM.

I have linked this to my video called 'Judy Garland, Concert years' because in contrast to this it is a montage of the much older Judy Garland, also to 'Zing' (a 1958 version) and I have included some rarer photos as well.

I have attached the scene from Me And My Shadows where Frank Gumm died, that I uploaded previously. The rendition she sings on that is wrong, (i think they used the one from listen darling) The version I have used is from the Shell Chateau hour on the 16th November, 1935.
