Hyperlite Southwest 3400 v ÜLA Ohm 2.0 - Ultralight Backpack Review: Compare & Recommend
Today I review and discuss two ultralight backpacks. I give comparisons and recommendations between the Hyperlite Mountain Gear Southwest 3400 and the ULA Ohm 2.0. Either of these would be great packs to take on a thru hike, a section hike, a long weekend loop or and overnight. Want to know more? Watch the video already!

13:21 Final Thoughts
I use the Hyperlite Pack on my section hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, Arizona Trail and various other smaller trips. It has been with me since 2016 and is still going strong. Talk about a durable pack!
The ULA Pack has been with me since 2017 which I used on my Appalachia Trail hike. The Ohm 2.0 is slightly smaller than the ULA Circuit, but they share enough features to get a good idea about the basics and durability of ULA products.
Most ultralight style packs are composed of one main compartment for the body with additional outside storage. If you are in the market for an ultralight pack, but haven't made up your mind, these 2 packs are different enough to cover most design features available.
While I do point out a couple design limitations of both packs, I try to focus on the objective details, without given preference to one or the other.
