Hello gorgeous! In today's video, I'm answering some questions i get about retinol and sharing a few advanced tips so you get the best outcome if you are spending money on good retinol. These tips have been developed after working on thousands of clients who often don't stay compliant with product usage due to sensitivity and dryness from using retinol. Most could see better results if they used last in their regime using 5-7 nights a week (especially if you want to see anti-aging benefits like collagen stimulation.) Also massaging retinol into the skin will help spread the product evenly and allow for more even absorption. Call me crazy! Retinol is also VERY unstable to air and light. Don't spend too much money( or expect dramatic results) if the retinol formula in an open bottle with a dropper or in a jar with a lid you keep opening. Retinol needs to be around 3% for true antiaging benefits like collagen stimulation in OTC products. Just saying.
