Joe reviews the SOG Poweraccess Deluxe Multi-tool. This powerful folding plier is the replacement to Joe’s previous unit which had painfully obvious knife lock failure. This tool is a full functioning compound leverage plier and wire cutter. Other tools include a saw, file, serrated blade, can opener, awl, cross driver, cap lifter, micro screwdriver, medium flathead, and proprietary 1/4in bit driver with two lock positions!
