Mars 2020 launch

NASA’s Mars 2020 mission, the Perseverance rover and the Ingenuity helicopter, was launched by a United Launch Alliance (ULA) Atlas V 541 launch vehicle from Space Launch Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida, on 30 July 2020, at 11:50:00 UTC (07:50 EDT). The Perseverance rover is expected to land on Mars, in the Jezero crater, on 18 February 2021.
