My Mac Mini x Claude Code Agent Setup

I’m slowly turning my AI setup into a real multi-agent system.

What started as a few Claude-powered workflows on my laptop has now evolved into dedicated agents running through Slack - each with their own role, context, and responsibilities.

The funniest part? Everything worked perfectly… until I closed my laptop.

So I finally spun up a dedicated machine for it and started building the foundation properly: agent frameworks, workflows, MCP integrations, and a growing knowledge base.

Still early. But it’s exciting watching this evolve from “AI assistant” into an actual operational system.
